Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a technically skilled Support Professional for DQ Technical Support (Java, Kubernetes) across major Polish cities including Katowice, Poznań, Kraków, Opole, Lublin, Gdańsk, Wrocław and Warszawa.

You will handle client tickets with defined SLA, analyze logs, and collaborate with the client's FTE team to expedite resolutions. The role includes on-call rotations and contributing to the knowledge base.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing position.
• Proficiency in reading system logs as part of the ticket resolution process.
• Familiarity with Linux systems.
• Knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Base understanding of SSL, LDAP/SSO protocols, networking, firewalls.
• Knowledge of Java and REST API.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Managing all communication with indicated Client’s DQ customers and partners to resolve support tickets with defined SLA.
• Coordinating and tracking the escalation of tickets to Client's FTE support team.
• Maintaining a record of all communication and actions for the support tickets in Zendesk provided by our Client.
• Contributing frequently answered questions to the Client's knowledge base.
• Participating in the on-call rotations when needed for resolution of severe issues (Severity 1).
• Assessing if support tickets are feature requests or product bugs and replicating bugs.
