Persistent Systems in Krakow, Poland is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our hybrid team. You will provide customer-facing support, diagnose issues, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of our products.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer support, strong English, and hands-on experience with Linux/Unix and Windows. Knowledge of cloud platforms and databases is a plus, and a passion for continuous learning is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer support environment.
• Able to diagnose/troubleshoot problems ranging from code defects, configuration issues, or performance.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated, eager to learn and have a passion for supporting great products.
• Comfort in Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of cloud software such as AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud.
