Job summary

Must Energy Group in Poland is hiring a proactive Technical Support Engineer to support its new energy business, covering inverters, UPS and energy storage battery systems.

You will conduct on-site installation, diagnose issues, and provide training and after-sales support to local distributors. Remote HQ collaboration will help resolve complex technical scenarios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in solar energy, inverters, UPS or battery storage is a plus.
• Polish language required; basic English acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site installation, commissioning, repair and maintenance of new energy equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical failures for end customers.
• Provide technical training and after-sales support for local distributors and partners.
• Respond to customer service tickets promptly and ensure high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with HQ technical team to solve complex issues.

We are hiring a proactive and practical Technical Support Engineer to support our new energy business in Poland, covering inverters, UPS and energy storage battery systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site installation, commissioning, repair, inspection and daily maintenance of new energy equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical failures for end customers.
• Provide professional technical training and after-sales support for local distributors and partners.
• Timely respond to customer service tickets, follow up processing progress and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the headquarters technical team to solve complex technical and after-sales issues.

Job Requirements

• Reside in Poland, local candidate or familiar with the Polish local market is preferred.
• Majored in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics or other related technical fields.
• Prior working experience in solar energy, inverter, UPS or battery energy storage industry is a plus.
• Basic English communication ability; Polish speaking is highly preferred.
• Solid hands-on operation capability and independent problem-solving skills.
• Flexible to take local business trips as required by work.
