Job summary

Linyang Energy is seeking a Senior EPC Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Polish energy storage projects (stand-alone PV-storage or wind-storage). The role is based in Warsaw or Łódź, with domestic travel as needed, and requires strong on-site coordination and compliance with EU/Polish EHS standards.

You will oversee civil works, electrical installation, grid integration and documentation, while collaborating with HQ teams to accelerate delivery and ensure grid acceptance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power System, Renewable Energy, Energy Storage, Project Management or related fields.
• 3+ years of EPC project management experience in energy storage/PV/wind; 2+ years of local energy storage delivery in Europe/Poland.
• Familiar with EU/Polish grid connection processes, PN-EN/IEC standards, BESS/PCS/EMS; proficient in MS Project/Primavera/Asana, Excel, CAD drawing review.
• Fluent English (C1) for PM, reporting and negotiation; Polish language skills are strongly preferred.
• Willing to be based in Warsaw or Łódź, Poland; travel domestically; PMP or HV license is a plus.

2. Site Construction & EHS Management: Supervise civil works, electrical installation, BESS/PCS/EMS commissioning; enforce EU/Polish EHS standards, conduct safety training, on-site supervision and corrective actions to prevent major incidents.

3. Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintain localized project documentation (contracts, drawings, changes, test records, acceptance reports); develop Polish-specific construction/grid/O&M SOPs to scale delivery capability.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with HQ commercial, technical, procurement, supply chain and grid expert teams to ensure equipment delivery, technical implementation and fast issue resolution.

Job Requirements

• 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power System, Renewable Energy, Energy Storage, Project Management or related fields.
• 2. Experience: 3+ years of EPC project management experience in energy storage/PV/wind, including at least 2 years of local energy storage delivery experience in Europe/Poland; proven track record of leading at least one 5MW/10MWh+ utility-scale storage project through on-site delivery and grid acceptance.
• 3. Technical Skills: Familiar with EU/Polish grid connection processes, PN-EN/IEC standards, primary/secondary power systems, BESS/PCS/EMS principles; proficient in project management tools (MS Project/Primavera/Asana), advanced Excel, and CAD drawing review.
• 4. Language: Fluent English (C1, working language) for full project management, reporting and negotiation; Polish language skills are strongly preferred.
• 5. Others: Willing to be based in Warsaw or Łódź, Poland long-term and travel domestically; aligned with Linyang Energy Storage values; responsible, proactive and team-oriented.

Competencies: Strong cross-cultural communication, on-site coordination, stress resistance and problem-solving skills; familiar with Polish labor law, safety regulations, local subcontractor & supplier management; PMP, Registered Electrical Engineer or HV license is a plus.
