Job summary

Felicitysolar in Poland is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join the Poland Branch. You will provide technical assistance, handle inquiries via the Polish hotline and WhatsApp, and coordinate with the China team for timely resolutions.

Travel within Poland or to other locations may be required; strong communication in Polish, Chinese and English is essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

Background in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Familiarity with PV and energy storage systems is a plus.
Polish, Chinese and English proficiency for daily communication.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with international teams independently.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel when needed.

Responsibilities

Handle technical support inquiries via Polish hotline.
Provide after-sales support via WhatsApp and email.
Collect, analyze, and report technical issues to the China team for timely resolution.
Support customers with troubleshooting and product guidance.
Occasionally travel within Poland or other locations for on-site support, training, or customer visits.
Support other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
