Job summary

bolttech Poland is seeking a Technical Solution Manager to bridge business needs and technology across international teams in Warsaw. You will guide end-to-end delivery, translating requirements into robust IT solutions and coordinating with product, clients, and vendors to align scope, priorities, and timelines.

You will coordinate discovery, manage dependencies, and promote agile practices while maintaining high-quality documentation and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, including system analysis, architecture, software delivery, or project management.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with complex architectures, integrations, APIs, middleware, and distributed systems.
• Experience in international environments and coordinating multiple stakeholder groups.
• Ability to translate business processes into IT solutions using modeling approaches.

In this position you will…

Join the Engineering team as a Technical Solution Manager, acting as a key link between business stakeholders, product teams, clients, and engineering teams. You will ensure that business needs are effectively translated into technology solutions that support organizational goals and deliver business value. In this role, you will coordinate end-to-end delivery activities, manage technical dependencies across systems and domains, and help maintain alignment with platform strategy and architectural standards. You will also support teams by promoting agile ways of working, delivery transparency, and continuous process improvement while collaborating with stakeholders across an international environment.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing technical dependencies across squads, systems, and domains, including international stakeholders
• Coordinating end-to-end delivery activities from alignment and planning through implementation and release
• Translating business requirements into technical solutions and supporting their delivery
• Collaborating with Product, Business, Clients, and vendors to align scope, priorities, and delivery timelines
• Identifying delivery risks and implementing mitigation plans
• Ensuring transparency of release plans, progress tracking, and cross-system dependencies
• Supporting teams through coaching, obstacle removal, and protecting delivery focus
• Presenting IT platforms and technical solutions to clients and partners
• Leading discovery activities, including requirements gathering, feasibility assessments, and solution recommendations
• Coordinating the work of internal teams, external partners, and technology vendors
• Preparing and delivering presentations for stakeholders, clients, and partners
• Collaborating with ITSM teams on incidents, root cause analysis, and preventive actions
• Analyzing system dependencies, data flows, and solution architecture
• Maintaining high-quality documentation covering requirements, integrations, and processes

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, including system analysis, architecture, software delivery, or project management
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• Experience working with complex architectures and integrations, including APIs, middleware, and distributed systems
• Experience managing end-to-end delivery processes within international environments
• Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholder groups, including business teams, IT teams, and vendors
• Strong understanding of systems architecture and integration patterns
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into IT solutions using UML or similar modeling approaches
• Understanding of SSDLC/AI-DLC practices and CI/CD processes
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation
• Fluent Polish and English proficiency at B2/C1 level
• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field is preferred

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Experience using AI-enabled tools such as Claude, Codex, Kiro, or similar solutions
• Previous experience as a Technical Solution Manager or Delivery Manager in an international environment
• Experience managing client relationships and supporting customer needs
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
