Job summary

GGS IT Consulting is seeking a Solutions Architect to design and deliver complex client solutions. You will create architectures, gather requirements, and collaborate with teams to ensure robust IT solutions leveraging low-code and AI technologies.

The role emphasizes leading design efforts, coordinating with customers, and guiding project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software development in backend or frontend.
• Experience with BPMN or UML process frameworks.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience designing ETL processes and software implementation.
• Fluent English (C1) and strong communication.

• Gathering requirements from customers.

• Preparing a necessary technical specification.
• Designing and creating databases for computer systems.
• Designing IT solutions based on various technologies including low-code platforms and AI.
• Planning next releases, scoping the implementation.
• Working closely with team members and managing code review.
• Solving issues with the existing architecture and delivery process.
• Working closely with customers, communicating project status, raising risks;
• Managing and motivating team members daily.

Job Description

We are looking for a Solutions Architect for our existing and new coming projects. You will be responsible for designing and creating solutions for complex client needs.

Detailed duties

Gathering requirements from customers;

Proposing business solutions for customers’ needs;

Preparing a necessary technical specification;

Designing and creating databases for computer systems;

Designing IT solutions based on various technologies including low-code platforms and AI;

Planning next releases, scoping the implementation;

Working closely with team members and managing code review;

Solving the issues with the existing architecture and delivery process;

Working closely with customers, communicating project status, raising risks;

Managing and motivating team members daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in software development using backend or frontend technologies
• Familiarity with process flow frameworks (BPMN, UML)
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Proactivity in daily duties
• Experience in designing ETL processes and software implementation
• Fluent English (C1 level) is a must
• High communication skills - consulting approach
• Teamwork skills, good organization, planning, and a positive attitude

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with some of the automation or low code technologies (e.g., Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Query, Python, Power Automate, Power BI, UiPath, Oracle Apex)
• Previous leadership experience
