Job summary

Ecolab Textile Care seeks a customer‑focused Technical & Service Specialist to join our Technical Services Division in Poland. You will be the first point of contact for industrial laundries, providing service on dosing systems and Water & Energy equipment and resolving inquiries efficiently.

The role is fully remote with about 80% travel to customer sites, and requires strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork to support installation, startup, and on-site service while contributing to

Qualifications

• Mechanical and/or electrical educational background (high school diploma or equivalent).
• Proven experience in project handling (controlling internal and external resources).
• Strong customer service skills related to given service targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Fluency in English and Polish (German nice to have).
• Driving license B.
• Willingness to travel (up to 80% of working time).

Responsibilities

• The geographical scope of the role covers territory of Poland.
• The position is fully remote but requires approximately 80% availability for customer visits.
• Follow the safety topics communicated by Local Engineering Coordinator.
• Support the maintenance strategy for Water and Energy Equipment as well for dosing equipment.
• Second level support in case of W&E issues; escalate as needed.
• Acting as a local engineering hotline.
• Time planning management for enVision installations with Territory Managers and enVision Champions.
• Independent WPI set up and installation (no external support provided).
• Support the ECOLAB equipment improvements as part of the strategy.
• Modifications to increase equipment reliability.
• Emergency visit coordination (second level support).
• Knowledge transfer for installation and startup by external suppliers within projects.

We are seeking a customer-focused Technical & Service Specialist to join our team in the Textile Care Technical Services Division. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and support to our industrial laundries customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing service of dosing systems and water & energy equipment, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our devices and services.

What You Will Do:

What You Will Need:
