Ecolab Textile Care is seeking a customer‑focused Technical & Service Specialist to join our team in the Textile Care Technical Services Division. You will be the first point of contact for industrial laundries customers, providing service of dosing systems and water & energy equipment, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and giving information about our devices and services.

The role covers Poland and is fully remote but requires approx. 80% availability for customer visits.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and/or electrical educational background (high school diploma or equivalent).
• Proven experience in project handling (controlling internal and external resources).
• Strong customer service skills related to given service targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Fluency in English and Polish (German nice to have).
• Driving license B cat.
• Willingness to travel (up to 80% of working time).

Responsabilités

• Provide top-level service and support to industrial laundries customers for dosing systems and water & energy equipment.
• Be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues.
• Coordinate 80% travel for customer visits across Poland.
• Follow safety topics communicated by Local Engineering Coordinator.
• Support maintenance strategy for Water and Energy Equipment and dosing equipment.
• Provide second-level support for W&E issues.
• Act as local engineering hotline and coordinate enVision installations.
• Set up and install independent WPI and transfer knowledge for external installers.
• Contribute to ECOLAB equipment improvements and reliability.
