Job summary

Trading 212 is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to own multiple project QA tasks, lead testing efforts, and develop automation frameworks. You will participate in design reviews to ensure testability and usability, and mentor less experienced teammates.

Required are 5+ years in QA with automation focus, strong programming skills, API testing experience, and good English communication. You will join compact autonomous agile teams delivering rapid releases with high quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software quality assurance with a focus on automation testing.
• Strong understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience with API testing tools and relational databases.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python/TypeScript/Java).
• Experience with automation frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, or Appium.

Responsibilities

• Own QA tasks for multiple projects ensuring high quality and reliability.
• Participate in design and requirements reviews for testability and usability.
• Lead testing efforts and maintain automation frameworks and scripts.
• Plan and execute testing across DB, integration, functional, and UI/UX areas.
• Analyze test results and suggest process improvements and changes.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior colleagues.
