Job summary

Masabi is seeking a Technical Lead for Passenger Apps to drive delivery across iOS, Android and Web, shaping architecture, design and delivery discipline. The role balances hands-on coding with people leadership, ensuring high-quality releases and smooth migrations of Masabi's Justride SDK and public APIs.

The position supports remote work for candidates based in Poland, with a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on engineer focused on native platforms (Swift/UIKit or Kotlin/Coroutines).
Led technical delivery across engineering teams with design guidance.
Experience growing and managing engineers through 1:1s and feedback.
Experience delivering production apps, migrations or modernization.
Familiar with SDK and API integrations.

Responsibilities

Own delivery across the Passenger iOS, Android and Web applications, clearing blockers and keeping releases predictable.
Remain actively involved in technical implementation, design discussions and code reviews, setting engineering quality standards.
Drive the integration of Masabi's Justride SDK and public APIs into Passenger applications.
Lead application migrations, release management, rollout planning and deployment activities.
Support engineering practices enabling effective delivery across the team.
