Job summary

PPG in Poland is seeking a Mobile Tech Lead to define the technical direction of our multi-brand mobile platform and to lead the development of scalable, high‑quality applications across iOS and Android.

You will combine hands‑on leadership with architecture, mentoring and cross‑functional collaboration, working with Product Owners, Solution Architects, UX Designers, QA, Security and DevOps to deliver mobile solutions that power customer experiences across regions and markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in enterprise mobile apps.
• Experience in technical leadership roles and mentoring.
• Proven ability to guide architecture and coding standards.
• Strong English communication (B2+ or higher).
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the technical direction of PPG's multi-brand mobile platform across iOS and Android.
• Lead analysis of business, functional and technical requirements into scalable mobile solutions.
• Guide architecture decisions for maintainability, scalability, security and performance.
• Define and promote mobile engineering standards and quality expectations.
• Mentor developers through coaching, code reviews and guidance.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Security, QA and DevOps throughout the SDLC.
• Integrate with enterprise services (authentication, analytics, search, notifications, e-commerce).
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines for mobile builds, signing, testing and distribution.
• Lead troubleshooting across shared code and platform-specific implementations.
