Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Team Lead Engineer to drive software development for Mission Critical Communication systems. You will lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate SW development across agile teams in international projects, ensuring quality, security, and timely delivery.

You will oversee factory testing, installation, and verification while mentoring engineers and aligning with project goals. The role emphasizes safe, compliant practices and continuous improvement in development

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in backend or frontend software development.
3+ years of experience as a Team Leader.
Experience in SW Development coordination role (Product Owner or Scrum Master) is an advantage.
BSc or MSc in IT related field.
Experience with CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins, ADO.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of the overall technical solution in complex system delivery projects.
Plan and follow up on all technical activities to ensure smooth execution.
Lead and motivate a cross‑functional project team to deliver high‑quality results.
Coordinate SW development activities across agile teams.
Manage the release process ensuring on‑time delivery.
