Hitachi ABB Power Grids seeks a Senior Service Engineer to deliver high-quality service solutions across lifecycle of installed systems. You will act as a technical reference, support on-site customer needs, and ensure safety and reliability in operations.

The role requires handling commissioning, troubleshooting, and upgrades, while maintaining customer satisfaction and strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on field service experience in industrial, electrical, automation, or power systems environments.
• Proven ability to diagnose complex issues and implement corrective actions.
• Experience working independently on-site and managing technical responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs on complex systems and equipment.
• Diagnose root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate service activities with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, reliable operation.
