The role involves leading complex system delivery projects for Hitachi Energy’s Network Manager, a SCADA/EMS/GMS system used by power and energy utilities globally. Responsibilities include taking ownership of technical solutions, planning and executing project activities, leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with customers, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, experience in project management and SCADA systems, fluency in English (with German preferred for one position), and strong communication and leadership skills.

The candidate should have at least 5 years of software development experience, 3+ years as a team leader, and experience in agile environments, including roles like Product Owner or Scrum Master. Proficiency in C++, C#, Java/Kotlin, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python is required, along with knowledge of CI/CD tools, Linux, Docker, and PostgreSQL.
