Hitachi Energy in Kraków is seeking a Team Lead to drive software development for mission critical communication systems. You will coordinate agile teams, guide back-end and front-end work, and ensure timely releases across international projects.

You will mentor developers, promote CI/CD practices, and champion code quality, testing, and security. The role requires 3+ years as a team leader, 5+ years in software dev, and a degree in IT.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in backend or frontend development.
• At least 3 years in a Team Leader role.
• Experience as Product Owner or Scrum Master is a plus.
• Degree in IT/CS/Telecom.
• Experience with testing and CI/CD.

Your Background

• At least 5 years of experience in backend or frontend software development.
• 3+ years of experience as a Team Leader.
• Experience in SW Development coordination role e.g. Product Owner or Scrum Master, is an advantage.
• BSc or MSc degree in IT from Computer Science, Telecommunication or IT university.
• Experience with applications testing.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools e.g. Jenkins, ADO.
• KnowledgeofLinux,Docker,andDatabases(PostgreSQL).
• Driving mindset, strong problem-solving skills, focus on quality, pragmatic, solution oriented.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
