• Secure proper backup structure and plan for SPOF.
• Document processes and share knowledge within the team.
• Analyze data to identify issues or trends in errors and capacity.
• Contribute to business and strategic planning with financial insights.
• Develop and implement efficient document management for financial records.
• Lead finance projects from initiation to completion with partner satisfaction.
• Prepare concise reports for internal and external partners.
• Apply conflict resolution to address discrepancies and team challenges.
• Engage in talent management, including performance reviews and mentoring.
• Design and deliver training for the accounting team.
• Encourage team members to suggest process/tool improvements.
