• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
• Experience leading large, complex teams in fast-paced environments.

• Strong coaching, mentoring and day-to-day support for specialists.
• Excellent communication; explain complex topics clearly to non-experts.
• Proven track record of continuous improvement in processes and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise operations to meet SLAs and quality targets.
• Collaborate with Partners to ensure timely, high-standard work.
• Establish back up structures and plan for single points of failure.
• Document processes and share knowledge within the team.
• Analyze data to identify errors, bottlenecks and capacity issues.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations for planning.
• Lead projects and ensure timely delivery and partner satisfaction.
• Prepare clear reports for internal and external partners.
• Address discrepancies and coach the team to resolve issues.
• Mentor, coach and conduct performance reviews for team members.
• Design and deliver training to continuously improve accounting processes.
• Engage the team to identify process/tool improvements.
