Mirantis, Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to own EU recruitment for engineering, product, and GTM roles. This contract role focuses on direct sourcing, partnering with managers, and shaping hiring strategy across a distributed, international team.

You will manage multiple roles end‑to‑end, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and SmartRecruiters, while delivering a professional candidate experience and market insights to inform decisions.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in tech.
• Experience recruiting top engineering talent across cloud, SaaS, or open‑source.
• Partner with hiring managers as trusted advisor on hiring decisions.

Mansioni

• Own end‑to‑end EU recruitment for technical and business roles.
• Drive direct sourcing efforts using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define profiles, strategy and outcomes.
• Provide insights on talent market conditions and sourcing feasibility.
• Ensure a structured, timely candidate experience and use SmartRecruiters for pipelines.
• Manage multiple roles independently across a distributed TA team.
