ETFbook, a Swiss SaaS company delivering ETF data and analytics, seeks a Senior IT Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for a growing international team.

You will identify, attract, and hire top tech talent across multiple countries, partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to drive hiring strategies and pipelines. This is a hands-on, globally-focused role in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional recruitment experience, with significant hands-on IT/Tech recruitment.
• Proven track record recruiting for technical positions across multiple levels and functions (Software Eng, Data, DevOps, QA, Product).
• Strong international recruitment experience across countries, locations and markets.
• Understanding of different technology talent markets, channels, and compensation levels.
• Experience with market mapping and talent research across countries/regions.
• Sourcing skills including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, direct outreach, talent mapping, and international pipeline development.
• Full recruitment lifecycle experience from intake to onboarding handoff.
• Ability to influence hiring managers and senior stakeholders on hiring strategy.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of roles across multiple countries.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring plans.
• Build and maintain international talent pipelines and engage active/passive candidates.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for IT and technology roles.
• Manage multiple vacancies with strong candidate experience and timely closing.
• Represent ETFbook's culture and opportunities with a fair interview process.
• Contribute to talent acquisition projects and employer branding.
