You'll manage end-to-end recruitment, use market insights to influence decisions, and drive improvements across processes. The role offers exposure to international teams and opportunities to shape the future of learning.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Proven sourcing expertise and experience engaging passive talent.
• A consultative, solution-focused approach.
• Curiosity about AI and how it is shaping recruitment and hiring.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Technology stakeholders to deliver hiring strategies and solutions.
• Source and engage top talent across Software Engineering, Data, Cloud, Product and AI disciplines.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Use market insights and talent intelligence to influence hiring decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes, tools and ways of working.
• Collaborate with a supportive global Talent Acquisition team.
