Job summary

Jobtailor in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment for local and global tech roles. You will source, interview, and extend offers while building strong pipelines and partnering with hiring managers.

You will drive candidate experience, leverage data-driven insights, and mentor managers on recruitment best practices, using LinkedIn and ATS tools to optimize hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition for local and global tech roles.
• Expertise in behavioral interviews.
• Proven success building talent pipelines via LinkedIn and other channels.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviews, offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to build talent pipelines and refine strategies.
• Deliver a stellar candidate experience while maintaining strong pipelines.
• Innovate sourcing channels to attract top candidates.
• Use data-driven insights and ATS to improve hiring decisions.
• Train and guide managers on recruitment best practices.
• Coordinate interviews and partner with hiring managers on staffing needs.
