Job summary

MoonPay is seeking a Talent Partner to build exceptional teams across Engineering, Data and Security. You will own searches end-to-end, map the market and partner with hiring managers to define what great looks like, driving fast, high-quality hires in a competitive crypto tech landscape.

AI is embedded in our recruiting toolkit; you’ll continuously experiment with AI to improve sourcing, screening and market insight while maintaining high standards and ownership across the process.

Qualifications

Significant experience recruiting technical talent in fast-moving technology or product organisations (tech focus).
Deep recruiting across Software Eng, Data, AI and/or Security. Product/Design recruitment is a plus.
Strong sourcing and talent-mapping skills; go beyond the obvious pools.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end hiring across Engineering, Data and Security from kickoff to close.
Partner with hiring managers to define what great looks like and build hiring strategies.
Find exceptional technical talent in competitive markets via proactive sourcing and mapping.
