Job summary

Billennium is seeking an experienced recruiter to drive end-to-end recruiting across sales, marketing, finance, IT, and more. The role emphasizes collaboration with Hiring Managers, proactive sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, and daily use of AI tools including Copilot to enhance research, briefs, and candidate outreach.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in Poland and EMЕA markets.
• Proven track record collaborating with Hiring Managers and influencing decisions.
• Hands-on use of AI tools daily (Copilot preferred).
• Strong sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end recruitment processes for wide set of roles.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to define candidate profiles and strategy.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray search.
• Conduct market research including salary benchmarking.
• Use AI tools daily for research, briefs, and candidate summaries.
• Design automations to improve recruitment efficiency (Power Automate, ATS).
• Maintain high candidate experience and clear communication at every stage.
• Report on recruitment KPIs and suggest process improvements.
