Job summary

Nordea is seeking an IT Analyst in Technology Resource Management based in Gdansk or Gdynia, Poland. You will support resource management reporting, maintain complex Excel models, and provide insights to improve data quality and forecasting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Excellent Excel skills with advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently after receiving direction.

Responsibilities

• Secure high data quality by maintaining and enhancing Excel financial models for cost and workforce forecasting.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users of the models.
• Suggest improvements to optimize resource management processes and reporting.
• Update and refresh reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Automate analytical tools where possible and participate in change management.
