Responsibilities

Welcome to the Technology Resource Management team. We add value by providing transparency in reporting, advisory and support towards all Technology units on deliveries within resource management processes. As a Student you’ll play a valuable role in delivering central help to Group Technology by ensuring high quality contribution into reporting on FTEs, as well as flexible support in the processes in resource management.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll join a highly motivated and energetic team with strong focus on delivering the greatest results. The role is based inGdansk or Gdynia.

Main responsibilities in this role
  • Secure high data quality - maintain and enhance Excel financial models for cost and workforce forecasting, regularly update and refresh reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users of the models
  • Driving and taking responsibility by suggesting improvements and process efficiencies to optimize current resource management process, driving key elements of functional setup of Resource Management Team. In collaboration across, you are developing and brainstorming the quality and efficiency of Resource Management processes
  • Regularly update and refresh reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness and collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights
  • Continuously seek ways to optimize and automate analytical tools
  • Participate in change management activities: inform and guide our stakeholders
Who you are
  • Excellent Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently once given direction
  • Basic understanding of Excel VBA as a plus
  • Familiarity with basic reporting tools or data visualization is a plus
  • Analytical mind and are comfortable in working with numbers
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in an IT and business analytics environment
  • Manage time effectively
  • Adapt and responds to change, accept new ideas and change initiatives
  • Are a team player who actively contribute to continuously improve the overall delivery of the team
