Job summary

Nordea is seeking an Expert IT Analyst to join the Capital Management Requirements & Analysis team in Poland. You will lead requirements and analysis across multiple stakeholders, support Basel/ COREP reporting, and drive end‑to‑end IT solutions within a cross‑functional, globally distributed team.

Strong data modelling, SQL, and Python/Power BI skills are required, with SAFe Agile experience preferred. Location options include Gdansk/Gdynia, Warsaw, Helsinki, or Stockholm; travel may be

Qualifications

• Extensive IT project experience in banking and regulatory reporting (Basel/COREP).
• Experience with COREP, AnaCredit, Pillar III reporting.
• Strong SQL, Python and Power BI skills, with SAFe/Agile experience.

Responsibilities

• Take lead and drive requirements and analysis across multiple stakeholders.
• Elicit functional and non-functional requirements using established frameworks.
• Ensure end-to-end requirements traceability during software delivery.
• Document requirements and share knowledge across the value stream.
• Build business process understanding with technical know-how and backlog prioritisation.
• Provide guidance on data architecture across systems.
• Share knowledge cross-border to strengthen competencies.
• Show interest in AI-enabled analytics and automation.
