Job summary

Nordea invites a Student in Technology Resource Management to join the Technology Resource Management team in Gdańsk or Gdynia. You’ll help deliver central reporting on FTEs and support resource management processes while learning how analytics drive IT delivery.

Leveraging Excel and data skills, you’ll contribute to cost and workforce forecasting, automate reports, and translate business needs into insights, under guidance from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Excellent Excel skills, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently once given direction.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in IT and business analytics.

Responsibilities

• Secure high data quality - maintain and enhance Excel financial models for cost and workforce forecasting, regularly update and refresh reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users of the models.
• Drive improvements and process efficiencies to optimize current resource management processes.
• Regularly update and refresh reports, translate business needs into actionable insights.
• Continuously seek ways to optimize and automate analytical tools.
• Participate in change management activities: inform and guide stakeholders.
