Qualifications

• Over 10 years of IT project experience with strong banking domain knowledge.
• At least 5 years as IT Business Analyst in financial services.
• Experience with Basel, COREP, AnaCredit, Pillar III and regulatory reporting.
• Proficient in data analysis, SQL queries and data modelling.
• Experience with Python and Power BI, plus familiarity with reporting tools.
• Experience working in Agile environments, ideally SAFe.

Responsibilities

• Take lead and drive requirements and analysis across multiple stakeholders.
• Elicit functional and non-functional requirements using established frameworks.
• Ensure requirements traceability throughout end-to-end development.
• Document requirements and share know-how across the software delivery value stream.
• Build understanding of business processes and the technical solutions with developers.
• Provide technical counselling across end-to-end data architecture.
• Share knowledge across units to strengthen competencies.
• Interest in AI-enabled analytics, automation and improvements.
