Job summary

Nordea Bank Norge ASA in Gdańsk is seeking an experienced AI & Analytics Engineer to build AI-driven analytics that enhance decision-making, service reliability, and strategic changes. This maternity cover role is full-time and based in Gdańsk with a hybrid working model.

You will work with a team of 20+ analytics professionals in an Agile setup to deliver digital solutions that support Nordea's technology and business operations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/Analytics roles.
• Proficient in English at C1 level.
• Experience with BI tools and SQL data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Build AI and BI analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Snowflake, and Power Platform.
• Design dashboards, AI agents, and decision-support tools for business and technology stakeholders.
• Improve IT operational performance through data analysis and modeling to identify trends and recommendations.
• Partner with stakeholders across Nordea to drive strategic analytics and AI initiatives.
• Enhance, optimize, and troubleshoot analytics, reporting, and AI solutions in an Agile (SAFe) environment.
