Job summary

IDT Corporation in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a Technical Product Manager for the Anti-Fraud & Compliance team to architect high-performance systems that detect fraud and enforce regulatory compliance. You will translate business and regulatory needs into scalable technical solutions and guide product strategy through internal collaboration with legal and engineering teams.

The role emphasizes machine learning integration, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management or technical product roles.
• Experience building products in risk, fraud detection, compliance, or security domains.
• Strong product discovery and problem framing skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering through the full product lifecycle.
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proficient in working with APIs, SQL, data pipelines, and basic technical specs.
• Strong communication skills in English (C1+).
• Understanding regulatory landscapes in fintech/payments/identity verification.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Looker, Amplitude, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Go, .NET, or Python.

• Translate business objectives and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Define and execute product strategy, write technical specifications, manage product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure secure and compliant product delivery.
