Commerzbank AG is seeking a Business Expert to oversee and evolve the Fraud platform, focusing on compliance-driven processes and efficient business solutions. The role involves steering requirements, collaborating with engineers and data scientists, and driving enhancements in a GCP-based in-house platform.

You will shape strategies, maintain regulatory alignment, and work in a hybrid setup remote or from Łódź, contributing to a forward-looking fraud prevention IT environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting compliance business processes and fraud prevention.
• Strong analytical and strategic skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Basic knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Willingness to learn Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and data analysis.
• Proficient in English (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Build connections across users, developers, data scientists and vendors.
• Define and analyze business requirements and translate them to designs.
• Enhance systems and processes, streamline workflows, ensure regulatory alignment.
• Collaborate with engineers, product owners, architects, stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance and system reliability to mitigate risk.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to inform roadmaps.
