Job summary

Eneba in Poland is seeking a Fraud Analyst to own the end-to-end fraud prevention process for one of our products. You’ll spot suspicious patterns, dig into data with SQL, and design countermeasures to keep transactions secure and fair.

You will collaborate with Product, Payments, Data and Engineering teams to improve fraud systems, optimize 3DS decisions across markets, and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fraud analysis, payments risk, or risk management with ownership over outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end fraud detection for a product and continuously improve fraud controls.
• Analyze large datasets using SQL to identify fraud patterns, anomalies, and attack vectors.
• Design, write, and maintain dynamic fraud risk rules that scale with the business.
• Own false positive rate management, balancing fraud prevention with conversion and customer experience.
• Own 3DS decisioning and optimization across multiple countries and trigger rules.
• Analyze conversion, rejection, and verification drop-off rates to propose data-driven improvements.
• Design and maintain fraud detection logic, alerts, and workflows used by Fraud Specialists.
• Collaborate with Product, Payments, Data and Engineering teams to enhance fraud systems.
• Track fraud trends and communicate insights and recommendations clearly.
• Take responsibility for decisions and iterate quickly based on outcomes.
