Job summary

Capco Poland is seeking a Fraud Prevention & Cyber Security Solutions Consultant based in Warsaw. The role focuses on delivering managed authentication and risk services across Central and Eastern Europe.

The ideal candidate brings 10-12+ years in fraud prevention and cybersecurity within financial services, and has hands-on experience with RTP ecosystems, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration across multiple markets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Engineering degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
10-12+ years of experience in fraud prevention, cybersecurity, risk management and payments.
Experience within real-time payments (RTP) ecosystem and fraud controls.
Strong understanding of retail fraud landscape affecting financial institutions across multiple payment types.
Experience launching or optimizing risk management and authentication solutions.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Product, Ops, Marketing and Tech.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with client and partner teams to support fraud monitoring and prevention initiatives.
Provide expertise for implementation, optimization, and ongoing delivery of managed authentication and fraud management services.
Identify and pursue market opportunities related to risk and authentication in RTP ecosystem.
Engage with clients to understand business objectives and risks in payments risk management.
Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote risk management best practices.
Monitor solution performance and usage trends; recommend optimizations.
