Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Analyst roles or similar, focused on fraud prevention.
• Experience in insurance claims and benefits processes.
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of AS-IS / TO-BE business process modeling.
• Experience creating User Stories, Epics, Acceptance Criteria, and functional specs.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Understanding of fraud detection, investigation, and case management.
• Ability to define business rules and fraud detection scenarios.
• Working knowledge of SQL and UAT testing.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into effective system solutions for fraud prevention.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, operational teams, data analysts, and IT.
• Develop and enhance anti-fraud capabilities to identify suspicious patterns.
• Help define fraud detection scenarios and business rules.
