Job summary

Digital Forms is hiring a Technology Lead to oversee day-to-day technical ownership for a Poland-based team of ~15 engineers across backend, frontend, AI/ML, and data squads. You will report to the part-time/fractional CIO and serve as the primary technical contact for senior client stakeholders, guiding delivery and technical risk discussions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 4+ years in a technical leadership role (Tech Lead/Engineering Manager or similar).
• Hands-on experience with AWS serverless architectures, Python, and modern frontend frameworks (Angular or similar).

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day technical leadership across multiple engineering squads (backend, frontend, AI/ML, data) plus QA and DevOps.
• Manage architectural coherence on a modern AWS serverless stack and assess technical debt.
• Lead sprint planning, estimation, and cross-squad dependency management.
• Act as the primary technical contact for senior client stakeholders and translate delivery status and risk into business terms.
• Support hiring and growth of the team over the next 12–18 months.
