Job summary

DSV Road GmbH in Warsaw is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to lead and coordinate day-to-day operations of the customs administration team, optimize processes, and ensure SLA delivery. You will coordinate daily tasks with team members and manage performance while contributing to budgeting and process documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication across all levels of an organization.
• Higher education in logistics/customs/management.
• Knowledge of customs and TSL industry.
• English at least B2/C1.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to engage and motivate direct reports.
• Ability to deliver company goals.
• Lean methodology would be an asset.
• Good understanding of change management.
