Airbus Helicopters Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a seasoned accounting professional to oversee financial reporting, month-end close, and intercompany activities within a dynamic, international environment.

The role requires a university degree in Finance/Accounting, strong SAP FI/CO skills, and English fluency to communicate with global teams. You will manage P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, while supporting audits and policy updates.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full accounting or finance in an autonomous role.
• SAP FI/CO expertise is required with advanced SAP proficiency.
• Fluent English for daily business communication, intercompany reconciliations and reporting to global structures.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and review P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow accurately and timely.
• Support preparation of reporting packages and HQ submissions.
• Coordinate intercompany reconciliations and fund arrangements with group entities.
• Assist with bank reconciliations, A/R aging, and month-end closing.
• Support external and internal audits and update accounting policies as needed.
• Lead ad-hoc accounting projects and process improvements.

Job Description

Roles and duties:

Tax

Take care all the tax matters by coordinating with Finance Director and tax advisors relating to corporate tax, VAT, enterprise tax, etc; TP analysis & monitoring working with external consultants; Deal with tax audit.

Accounting

Prepare and assist review P&L, BS, and Cash flow for the company in accurate and timely manner; Support of preparing reporting package and submit to headquarter on time; Settlement of I/C transaction and fund arrangement with group companies; B/S clean up, A/R, bank reconciliation and lead other ad-hoc projects.

Audit & Internal Control/Compliance

Support all external & internal audit with monitoring adequate level of internal control all the time; Update accounting policy and procedure if necessary; Customer / Vendor Master data management.

Soft Skills

• Resilience & Organization: Ability to manage tasks effectively during peak periods (e.g., month-end close) while maintaining high data quality.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to verifying payment documents and Master Data to eliminate financial risk.
• Proactivity & Problem Solving: Independently identifying discrepancies (e.g., in Intercompany or AR reconciliations) and actively seeking root causes and solutions.
• Communication Skills: Effective collaboration with other departments (Procurement, Sales) and foreign Group entities to resolve balance or payment status issues.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to derive insights from reports (e.g., aging analysis) and recommend corrective actions.
• Ethics & Integrity: High sense of responsibility for sensitive processes, such as vendor master data and outgoing payment authorization.

Required qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full accounting or finance (proven experience in an autonomous role is essential).
• IT Systems: SAP (FI/CO modules) is a must-have. Advanced proficiency in SAP
• Languages: English - Fluency in daily business communication, intercompany reconciliations, and reporting to global structures.
• Education: University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong command of month-end closing processes.
• Expertise in intercompany reconciliations and AR aging analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of Vendor Master Data management and secure payment workflows.
