Skywise Aeronautical Analyst - Airport+ will support the Airport+ production line (ROPS and AMDB) and the outsourced team, managing day-to-day workflow, data updates, and quality checks per Skywise

  • Support outsourced Airport+ production team with airport expertise.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality in the database.
  • Qualify data between eAIP and Geomatic production.
  • Identify work in progress and follow up.
  • Prepare committee reports for airport production.
  • Update Skywise Airport+ products per specs.
  • Raise queries with providers to resolve documents.
  • Communicate inconsistencies within team and other departments.
  • Manage personal workload to meet production targets.

A Skywise Aeronautical Analyst - Airport+ is responsible for the internal support to the Airport+ production line (ROPS and AMDB products) including the out-sourced department. Continued support will be in the form of day-to-day workflow management, query resolution, problem solving and performance management and also be able to update the Skywise products of Airport+ production line as per Skywise specifications and quality standards.

Please note that the position is a temporary role for 2 years.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Out-Sourced production team of Airport+, bringing Airport expertise and knowledge on tool and final products
  • Updated data analysis to secure Database integrity and quality
  • Qualification of the data between eAIP and Geomatic production
  • Work In Progress identification on airports and follow-up
  • Committee report creation to conduct correct airports production
  • Able to update Skywise products of Airport+ production line as per Skywise specification, instructions and quality standards.
  • Using instruction and overarching guidelines, raise queries with aeronautical publication providers to clarify documents and resolve issues.
  • Communicate effectively within the team and to others departments any inconsistencies or missing information in the AIP and follow up corrective actions
  • Manage personal workload effectively using organizational and time management skills to achieve scheduled production targets.

  • Experience working in companies in the aviation/corporate industry
