Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our finance team in Poland. The role focuses on tax coordination, financial reporting, month-end closing, and internal controls within a multinational environment.

You will collaborate with the Finance Director and tax advisors, manage intercompany reconciliations, AR aging, and vendor Master Data, and drive process improvements across the accounting function.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience in SAP FI/CO modules.
• Fluent English for daily business communication.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Strong month-end closing, intercompany reconciliations, and AR aging knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tax matters with Finance Director and tax advisors (VAT, corporate tax, etc.).
• Prepare and review P&L, balance sheet and cash flow; support reporting packages.
• Ensure internal controls and support audits; update policies as needed.
• Manage intercompany reconciliations and vendor master data; optimize workflows.
