Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Polska Sp. z o.o. seeks a Professional Financial Controller to drive budgeting, forecasting and monthly closings in a dynamic, international environment.

You will manage SAP CO tasks, analyze variances, prepare key financial statements and provide management with timely reports. The role supports process improvements, risk controls and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance/Accounting, Economics or similar.
• Experience in Financial Controller role.
• SAP S/4HANA CO/FI/GL experience.
• Strong MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); VBA, SQL a plus.
• GL Account experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and analyzing yearly OP (budget).
• Collaboration with Managers in budget creation.
• Tracking, reporting, and analyzing budget variances (OP vs. Actuals).
• SAP Controlling module management - CO.
• Reviewing the company's financial statements to ensure they are accurate.
• Preparing month-end reports for management, including P&L statements, balance sheets, free cash flow and cash flow statements.
• Forecasting future financial performance.
• Providing ad-hoc financial reports to management.
• Ensuring compliance with government & corporate regulations.
• Fixed assets management.
• Payment Run in SAP and Cash solution.
• Recommending changes in policies or procedures that will improve financial performance.
• Participation in end-of-month and GL reconciliation of accounting entries;
• Supporting Team Leads in financial tasks and report

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting, Economics or similar
• experience in Financial Controller role
• SAP S/4HANA experience in modules CO/FI/GL
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, ppt), VBA, SQL will be an asset
• GL Account experience will be an asset
• Excellent analytical, communication, solving problems skills and strong orientation on details
• Good English knowledge (B2 written and verbal)
• Ability to work in international environment
