Job summary

Mondelēz International in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition leader to drive recruitment across multiple functions and geographies. You will partner with business leaders to prioritize hiring, design sourcing strategies, and guide a high-performing team of advisors in a complex matrix organization.

You will ensure global TA standards are adapted to the local market, oversee compliance, and lead initiatives to improve candidate experience while meeting changing business needs.

Qualifications

• Extensive expertise in talent acquisition for the geography/function including early career and professional experienced hiring.
• Experience working in a complex matrix organization and in a CPG/FMCG environment is highly preferred.
• Proven record of leading high performing teams and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business and People Leads to translate priorities into recruitment plans and talent pipelining.
• Tailor global vision to the specific geography and align with BU TA Strategy.
• Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day coaching to a team of Advisors.
• Drive best-in-class candidate experience and continuously improve TA processes.
• Own compliance requirements for geography and function; manage recruitment prioritization.
