Qualifications

• Relevant university degree or equivalent.
• 6–10 years recruiting experience in project engineering or consulting.
• Experience with full recruiting lifecycle including delivering talent pipelines.
• Proven sourcing experience with strong candidate networking skills.
• Ability to motivate others with initiative and passion.
• Client-focused with commitment to high-quality service.
• Reliable, accountable, adaptable and able to handle ambiguity.
• Candidate must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Source top talent regionally and implement key talent attraction strategies with regional TA team.
• Manage large, complex recruitment projects and pipelines.
• Provide full cycle talent attraction and acquisition regionally, working with colleagues.
• Partner with leadership on development and delivery of talent strategies.
• Build and maintain a network of industry contacts, brand awareness, and external partnerships.
• Establish talent market expertise including industry trends and competitors and innovative recruiting platforms.
• Update internal data and tracker systems on recruitment activities in the region weekly.
