Job summary

emagine is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Professional to lead recruitment for its Polish business from Warsaw, with opportunities to support Group-wide hiring. The role combines hands-on delivery with shaping TA strategies and projects across the wider emagine Group.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, manage multiple live vacancies, and partner with managers to provide market insights and proactive sourcing. A hybrid model with two days in the Warsaw office is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong direct sourcing capability and knowledge of the Polish talent market.
• Experience recruiting permanent employees across corporate and professional functions.
• Experience within consulting, professional services, technology services or a complex corporate/international environment would be advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills, with the confidence to provide advice and guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple vacancies, priorities and deadlines.
• Comfortable using modern recruitment technology and curious about AI tools in TA.
• Proactive and collaborative with the appetite to contribute beyond day-to-day recruitment.
• Fluent Polish and English.
• Comfortable working within a hybrid model with 2 days per week in Warsaw office.

We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Professional to join our Group Talent Acquisition team in Warsaw.

Poland is an important part of emagine's continued growth, and you'll take ownership of recruitment across our Polish business while also having opportunities to support hiring and Talent Acquisition initiatives across the wider Group.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves recruitment and delivery, but also wants the opportunity to bring ideas, develop and contribute to how Talent Acquisition continues to evolve at emagine.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of corporate and professional roles.

• Manage an average of 5–7 live vacancies simultaneously, balancing priorities while maintaining pace, quality and a great recruitment experience.

• Recruit across a variety of corporate functions including People & Culture/HR, Operations, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Sales, Recruitment/Sourcing and Leadership.

• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, building trusted relationships and providing recruitment expertise and market insight.

• Proactively source and engage high-quality talent while building networks and pipelines for future hiring needs.

• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment journey, from initial engagement and interview through to offer and onboarding.

• Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and coordinate agency-led hiring where required.

• Collaborate with colleagues internationally and support hiring across the wider emagine Group when needed.

• Contribute to wider TA projects and continuous improvement, including AI, recruitment technology, EVP, talent mapping and new ways of working.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, with a track record of independently delivering multiple hires.

• Strong direct sourcing capability and knowledge of the Polish talent market.

• Experience recruiting permanent employees across corporate and professional functions.

• Experience within consulting, professional services, technology services or a complex corporate/international environment would be advantageous.

• Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills, with the confidence to provide advice, insight and guidance throughout the hiring process.

• Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple vacancies, priorities and deadlines.

• Comfortable using modern recruitment technology and curious about how AI and emerging tools can improve Talent Acquisition.

• Proactive and collaborative, with an appetite to contribute beyond day-to-day recruitment.

• Fluent Polish and English.
