Unit8, a Swiss AI and data analytics consultancy, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own recruiting end-to-end across expanding markets. You will build talent networks, engage directly with candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers to define needs and solve problems.

Qualificações

• Experience recruiting for technology or consulting roles from intake to close.
• Ability to approach talent directly via LinkedIn Recruiter or networks.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define needs and candidate fit.
• Bias-free, practical evaluation of candidates based on demonstrated work.
• Curiosity about AI and interest in building recruiting agents.

Responsabilidades

• Run end-to-end searches from intake to signed offer.
• Build presence in new markets and grow a diversified talent network.
• Coordinate with technical interviewers to define success criteria for candidates.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline recruitment and reduce manual workload.
