Unit8 SA is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to run recruiting end-to-end—from first chat to signing. You will manage the full journey and build our talent network as Unit8 expands into new markets.

You will recruit for technology or consulting roles, engage directly via LinkedIn Recruiter and your network, and collaborate with hiring managers to define needs and success. You will explore AI tools and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for technology or consulting roles end-to-end (intake, outreach, interviews, offers, closing).
• Ability to directly approach talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and personal network.
• You work with hiring managers to define needs and the problem the role will solve.
• You judge candidates by what they showed rather than rhetoric.
• Curiosity about AI and building recruiting agents.
• You communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Run searches from intake call to a signed offer.
• Build presence in new markets and grow a broader talent network.
• Align searches with hiring managers and technical interviewers on what good answers look like.
• Leverage AI tools to reduce repetitive work and focus on talking to people.
