Unit8 in Warsaw is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to run recruiting end-to-end—from intake with a hiring manager to the day a candidate signs. You’ll own the full journey, expand our talent network into new markets, and partner with managers to define roles and expectations.

You’ll work directly with candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, assess fit, and promote AI-friendly hiring practices. We offer flexibility, training time, and strong compensation in a fast-growing Swiss tech consultancy.

About You

We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to run recruiting end-to-end: from the first chat with a hiring manager to the day someone signs. You’ll look after the whole journey, not a slice of it. It’s also a role for someone who likes new ground: Unit8 is growing into new markets, and our current locations are not the last ones. Building our talent network there is a big part of the job.

• You’ve recruited for technology or consulting roles from start to finish: intake, outreach, interviews, offers and closing.
• You’re comfortable approaching talent directly, through LinkedIn Recruiter and your own network.
• You work well with the people around the process. You can sit down with a hiring manager and pin down who they need and what problem that person will solve.
• You’re careful and practical about how the work gets done. You judge candidates on what they actually showed you.
• You’re curious about AI: you try tools, say what falls short, and want to learn to build recruiting agents.
• You communicate clearly in English.

What You’ll Do

• Run searches from the first intake call to a signed offer. You decide who gets interviewed and bring hiring managers candidates worth their time, along with clear reasoning, so they can make a confident call.
• Build our presence in new markets. You reach out directly, build relationships, and grow a talent network that doesn’t depend on who happens to apply this week.
• Help us hire consistently. Set up each search with the hiring manager, work with technical interviewers from each business area to agree what a good answer looks like, and share what you learn so the next search is easier.
• Cut out repetitive work. Try AI tools and help us build recruiting agents. You spend your time talking to people, not typing notes.
