Job summary

ENTALPIA Europe is seeking a motivated HR professional to support recruitment and personnel administration. You will source candidates, publish jobs, screen applications, and coordinate interviews while ensuring GDPR compliance and data integrity.

The role involves collaboration with Hiring Managers, onboarding and offboarding support, and preparation of HR documentation. English proficiency and proactive process improvement are valued.

Qualifications

• Approximately 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or personnel administration.
• Understanding of basic labor law regulations related to recruitment and employment documentation.
• Knowledge of data protection regulations (GDPR).
• Ability to assess CVs against role‑specific competency requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Proactive approach to process improvement and task automation.
• Well‑developed interpersonal skills, assertiveness, and consistency in execution.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Actively source candidates using recruitment channels and tools adopted within the organization.
• Publish and update job advertisements in line with approved job descriptions.
• Screen applications and provide recruitment updates to Hiring Managers.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely feedback.
• Schedule and coordinate recruitment interviews.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment procedures and HR standards.
• Prepare recruitment reports, metrics, and statistics for internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR requirements throughout the recruitment process.
• Collect, update, and archive candidate data and personnel documentation.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes during their initial stages.
• Prepare, complete, and monitor employment-related documentation.
• Cooperate with external vendors, including recruitment agencies, training providers, occupational health services, and other HR partners.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department.
• Prepare reports and analyses related to recruitment activities and onboarding effectiveness.
