Qualifications

• 5–8 years’ experience in recruitment leadership.
• Hands-on experience hiring technical and engineering profiles.
• Experience leveraging AI and automation in recruitment workflows.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to influence at senior levels.
• In-depth knowledge of European employment law and Polish labour market.
• Fluent in English; Polish fluency strongly preferred.

• Develop and execute a Europe recruitment strategy aligned to growth plans.
• Anticipate evolving technical competencies and build proactive pipelines.
• Partner with Europe leadership to shape proactive resourcing strategies.
• Oversee recruitment operations across Europe ensuring compliance and quality.
• Drive direct-sourcing to reduce agency reliance and cost-per-hire.
• Lead employer branding efforts to attract engineering talent across markets.
• Support integration of acquired businesses into the recruitment model.
