Job summary

Heineken in Kraków is seeking an experienced Supply Planner to create and manage the Operating Company supply plan. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure product availability and contribute to S&OP meetings.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the consumer goods industry, strong supply planning skills, and the ability to build strong relationships. We are focused on continuous improvement and ethical conduct.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of work experience in planning in the consumer goods industry.
• Strong understanding of supply planning and scheduling.
• Great interpersonal skills with good cultural awareness.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with advanced planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Create the Operating Company supply plan to achieve optimal results.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for all supply planning questions.
• Track local product availability and inventory levels.
• Contribute to S&OP meetings with analytics and risk scenarios.
• Collaborate with Senior Supply Planner Europe.
• Support continuous improvement in the Supply planning function.

Your responsibilities would include:

• creating the Operating Company supply plan, balancing constraints to achieve optimal results
• coordinating and collaborating with stakeholders as the key contact for all Supply planning questions
• tracking local product availability and inventory levels vs targets
• contributing to S&OP meetings in preparation of analytics, scenarios & risks / opportunities
• coordinating and collaborating with the Senior Supply Planner Europe and NPI planner Europe
• supporting continuous improvement and capability building in the Supply planning function.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• at least 2 years work experience in planning in the consumer goods industry
• strong understanding of supply planning, scheduling
• great interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships and trust with a good cultural awareness
• good analytical and problem-solving skills
• experience with advanced planning tools.
